Our incredible children’s team will engage your children with nourishing, inspiring and creative activities, allowing you to unwind safe in the knowledge they’re being well looked after.

So you can lounge by the pool with a glass of sangria and a good book, or take advantage of our wonderful yoga and meditation teachers to reset your energy.

Each retreat offers individual programmes for adults and children, as well as joint activities that can help families reconnect and enjoy their time together. From family yoga to simple breathing techniques and meditations, you’ll leave Riverheart with a new set of skills and ideas to help you continue to flourish as a family back at home.

A Riverheart therapist will be available on each retreat, whether that’s aromatherapist Gemma, massage therapist Louise, or a visiting guest practitioner.
