Treat yourself to a Saturday morning dedicated to your rest and wellbeing. A yoga workshop with a loving twist, in this class you'll receive a slow and mindful yoga asana practice that grounds and connects, followed by pranayama - breathwork to open the energy channels and prepare the energy body for the state of Yoga Nidra - sleep with trace awareness.

Yoga Nidra is a powerful state in which we can gain understandings about ourselves, and remove old fears and habits that no longer serve us. We work with a sankalpa - or heartfelt resolution - to sew the seeds of transformation and healing deep in the waters of the subconscious mind.

09:45 – Arrival

10:00 - 11:00 – Slow Yoga Asana and Pranayama – Breathe out, tune in, let go

11:00 – 12:00 – Yoga Nidra – ‘Yoga sleep’ – a guided meditation to journey beyond the physical body and into the field of collective consciousness

12:00 - 12:30 - Refreshments
