Treat yourself to a Saturday morning dedicated to your rest and nourishment. A yoga workshop with a loving twist, in this class you'll receive a slow and mindful yoga asana practice that grounds and connects, followed by a special savasana during which three massage therapists and body workers will provide massage, craniosacral therapy and gentle adjustments. To top it off, a shared feast of delicious tea and cakes will be enjoyed afterwards.

10:00-11:15 – Slow Yoga Asana – Breathe out, tune in, let go

11:15 – 12:00 – Savasana – Supported relaxation - Body work from three therapists, with craniosacral therapy, massage and gentle adjustments

12:00 - 12:30 - Tea and refreshments


Your Hosts

Samm is the founder of Riverheart, a retreat centre on the outskirts of Coin. Here she teaches yoga, meditation and creative writing therapy at weekly classes, workshops and retreats throughout the year. She specializes in mindful movement and meditation from Buddhist and earth-based traditions.

Maria is a shiatsu therapist and reflexologist, specialising in traditional chinese medicine approaches to bodywork.

Poline is a physiotherapist, craniosacral therapist and shamanic healer, specializing in pelvic floor treatments and women’s healing. She blends her medical training with influences from the wisdom traditions, using sound and breathwork as part of her manual therapy practice.
