CANCELLATION POLICY
Individual Bookings
Individuals are required to pay a 30% non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before retreat will be fully refunded minus the deposit, or 100% credited towards another retreat as preferred.
Cancellations made 30 – 60 days before retreat start date will either be issued with a 50% refund minus the deposit, or 100% will be credited towards another retreat as preferred.
Cancellations less than 30 days before retreat start date are not eligible for refund.

Group Bookings
Groups hiring Riverheart for private use are required to give a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
Any reduction in group numbers needs to be notified in writing (via email) to Riverheart Retreats. If this is made up to 60 days before the retreat start date, a partial refund will be made in line with the reduction of guests, minus the 50% deposit.
If this is made within 30 days of the retreat start date, no refunds are granted. 
In the unlikely event Riverheart Retreats cancels a retreat, full refunds will be granted or credited towards another retreat as preferred.

Riverheart Shop
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one of the same value. Cost of return shipping is payable by the customer.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
